Canella Winterana Bush (Cinnamon bark) is a Florida Native small tree or bush takes its name from the spicy fragrance of its crushed leaves. Canella Winterana Bush (Cinnamon bark) is a small shrubby tree reaching 15 feet (4.57 m) in height. It has a straight trunk and with age develops a dense crown. Firstly, it is known for its light gray fissured thin bark. The dark green leaves are leathery, and obovate  with smooth margins. borne alternately or clustered toward the branch tips, measuring 4 by 1.5 inches.
